Scott Llamas is a leading Bay Area producer and recording artist. His solo project Deflator Mouse charted on college and commercial specialty radio and was hailed by Spin Magazine as “one of the best singles of the summer”.  Scott has been producing great music full time for eighteen years now and has performed on over 1,000 recordings and counting. Before sessions Scott likes to get to the beach for a quick surf and walk with his dog Max so they are always ready for you.

I work out of my studio here in central San Rafael, 10 miles from the Golden Gate Bridge and 2 miles from the Richmond Bridge. The studio is equipped with everything we need to make great recordings from the best recording gear to the best sounding instruments. The layout is perfectly suited for up to seven artists to perform at once with a large finely tuned tracking room with hardwood floors and vaulted ceiling, three isolation booths for amps and a great vocal booth. The immediate thing everyone expresses is what a great vibe there is here. There are windows with actual sunlight, a lawn and hammock, basketball hoop and a great outdoor break area. The studio is also perfectly located so you can walk to food, bars, music store, etc.
